    08 or 09 Stator - biting the bullet....

    It could...depends on how much or if its even damaged. I have one to replace mine with when i change if i do.....i live in alaska so the temps here arent bad plus i dont sit at lights. Id say no.....if you add the new rotor soon.

    Bottom line if you have the 09 stator the oil mod should work.

    The 08 stator has a small diameter. The magnets have to be close. Theres just to much distance between the two. Plus the phases will not line up. Very important.

    Installed EBR Race ECM.....runs like crap, no power...

    Does it pop? Do anything different... Did you have the air cleaner out? Checked for leaks in the intake?
