WONT START and the clutch wont work??????

It was said earlier about the lip, remove the clutch ramp to check if the lip is damaged. If the lip is damaged, no adjustment will make the clutch work properly. This happened to me: Broken Primary Cover

How much crap has broken on your Buell?

Picked up my 08 xb9sx this past March with 8000 miles on it and have since put on over 4000 miles more. The day I got it, I replaced the tail light bulb and low beam bulb. A few weeks later I replaced the low beam again and checked the voltage regulator, which I replaced, and haven't blown any...

    Broken Primary Cover

I wanted to go to RadioShack today and pick up some LEDs for a little project. I get on the bike and take the scenic route to the store, park it, and walk in. Didn't have what I was looking for so I got back on the bike and planned to go to another place to get the LEDs. Pull in the clutch...

    Keep burning out low beams

Check your voltage regulator and/or stator. Went through two bulbs in a week and thought something was wrong. When I checked the stator, it was good. When I checked the voltage regulator it wasn't working right. Replaced the regulator and haven't had a problem since. Good luck [up]

    Let's talk guns

So I am looking to purchase my first handgun and was leaning towards Sig because I like how they shoot and they usually fit my hand well. It will basically be a range gun so I've been leaning towards 9 mm just to keep it cheap to shoot. While I was at the shop browsing, a Walther PPQ in .40...

    What plug is this?

Thanks for the info anrkizm [up] Got any insight to nail down exactly what the plug in the original question is?

    What plug is this?

It would make sense that the tuned velocity stack improves power. The change should come in the overall length of the intake runner, a longer runner increases low end torque while shortening the runner length increases torque in higher RPMs. More torque equates to more power.

    What plug is this?

Wow, that sucks. Any ideas on where I can pick up the components for the tuned velocity stack? As for the main topic of this thread are we sure that the three wire plug in question is in fact for the exhaust valve?

    What plug is this?

That is cool, I know a few sport bikes like the R6 have something similar. I never knew Buells had it, which makes me ask, why didn't we get that?

    What plug is this?

Ok now you have me curious about that too, what exactly did the active intake system do?
