    Stumble between 1-2k RPM's

    The K&N with stock ecm or no retune I would guess to be the issue. With more air you need more fuel. But I think the off idle stumble was kinda common, I know my '09 did it from time to time till I swapped the stock ecm for an EBR. Mostly just a crappy tune on stock ecm from the factory.

    anyone into snowboarding?

    Wachusett is ok but tends to get packed quick and not many runs to really chose from so gets repetitive. Mnt Southington here in CT is about the same size as wachusett and the same type of runs too. But if I have the time okemo is one of my favs, or attitash. Hoping to make it to Sunday River...

    XB12R on the track

    NICE! $75 is a steal!!!! Personally, take your mirrors off next time, one less thing to have to tape up or worry about if you go down. And get your butt off that seat. Its good to see more buells out on the tracks.

    Utility Plug Mod.. Anyone done this?

    Burns Moto You can get it with a battery tender pig tail or just ring terminals and just wire straight to the battery, with a fuse of course. I've had one for a yr now, comes in very handy.

    Auxiliary Power?

    There is also a switched Aux power supply from the fuse block. Switched can be nice so you don't have to remember to unplug everything before you walk away.

    Get some high mileage tires, Michelin Pilot Roads, Pirelli Angels, Metzeler Marathons, the stock tires suck for highway mileage.

    So what kit are you going with? I've seen the redneck mutant ones before, they aren't bad. I've thought about doing it to my older sporty, but now I'm more leaning toward a glide for distance riding.

    Onboard voltmeter gauge?

    I put the Shift-I shift light on mine and it does a voltage check at start up for the 1st 30sec-min. Works pretty good as a shift light too.

    The EBR ECM really smoothed out the throttle on my '09. What yr is your bike?
