    Bike just shut off.

    Replaced the Ign replay and same thing happens. As soon as the kill switch is on there is 3 sec. of flickering and then pop. the fuse blows. For a minute I thought this was going to be an easy fix.

    Ok, so the ignition fuse was blown. I had one spare 15. I replaced it and turn on the bike and kill switch. As soon as the kill switch was turned on the fuel pump primed, but was weak and the lights and gauges dimming/flickering then it blew the fuse. Didn't even try to start it.

    It was just like I hit the kill switch actually. When you turn the key on the gauges cycle, when you turn on the kill on the fuel pump does prime. Nothing happens when you hit the starter. I'll head down now and check the fuses.

In first gear I went across the road and into the turning lane, pulled in the clutch and the rpms went to 0...

    I was just wondering if anyone has tried this Carbon Fiber wrap out. I was at a bike event and they had a demo going on all weekend.     clutch adjustment

    I'm not 100% but lifting the back tire to adjust the clutch is just to prevent the primary oil from coming out of the adjustment cover. I just ran my bike on top of some books. your only need to bring it up about 6 inches.

    Well I ordered the shifter bushing and it cam in this morning and wasn't what broke. It had a big collar on one side unlike what you can see in the picture.

    Last night it would down shift pulling into my apartment and I noticed that to get it to catch the next gear you have to let the clutch out a little and it pops back up a gear and then you can continue down shifting. I don't know if that helps.

    I looked at the same diagram and 13 and that is darn close to what it looked like. And just a guess but would 13 effect the down shifting?
