    To buy or not to buy damaged xb12ss

    If I was in your shoes and buells were that hard to come by I would argue him down as much as possible and buy a used frame in perfect contion and when winter comes you will have a little project and then a much better condition buell and you will know the bike inside and out

    thanks for the information, so my current swing arm would bolt right onto like a 2006+ engine if i found one? also i know some of the newer engines can rev higher if im not mistaken, so would that be something that would need to be programmed in the ecu or how would that work if i got a new...

    so the bolt on my primary was loose and so the primary spun the flanges off of the crank shaft im pretty sure it will be cheaper to get a different engine and bolt that in rather than have the work done on the current engine my question is can i put a newer engine into my frame its a 2004 xb12s...

    could also be related to the regulator mine wasnt charging the battery hardly at all depending on which is bad both are about same price around 90 bucks

    what it sounds like to me if your not talking about the actual brights switch is the passing switch it flash's the brights on its more of a euro thing that they have on the buells it isnt supposed to keep them on just let people know you are plan to pass them
