    Aagaard Moto Foundry for any fuel system needs. I’ve bought several fuel pump kits and have had several sets of injectors cleaned by them. They are THE best. No Chinese pumps in these kits! I Highly recommend them.

    I’m seriously considering swapping every piece of hardware on the bike for titanium also. I’ll probably do that. Probably get another 2 lbs from that. I really want to be under 400lbs with a full tank of fuel.

    Just did some ball park math. I could possibly save 3/4 of a lb off the wheels by running titanium axles.

    I ordered an E85 fuel test kit. I’ll be testing the fuel at the station down the street and recording the ethanol levels over the next couple months to see how much they vary. If they vary too much, I mite mix my own Ethanol fuel , so it will be consistent for the tune.

    I’m pretty confident a new Walbro pump with the 65 psi fuel pressure regulator and 60lb injectors will be enough to run E85.

    I’ve decided to tune the big bore motor on E85. I know the fuel system will need rebuilt every few years, but I don’t care. I’ll need to install those 65lb injectors I’ve had laying around for awhile.

    I’ll be disassembling the rest of the bike soon for full paint work. I’ll be doing everything in Cerakote. The color scheme will be close to factory. Definitely going back silver on the frame. I want everyone to know this is a short stroke motor. I’ll have motor parts back this week too.

    These are the Custom Triple Trees from Twin Motorcycles that i just ordered. They have them made in Italy. 2-3 months lead time
