    Hey Taylor Is that drummer of your quite noisy? I am concerned about buying one as a loud exhaust may exceed the etiquite of my neibhourhood. Also, which drummer is it? and does it have a baffle?

    Will installing a new exhaust produce an error code without the race ECM? I am still awaiting plug n' play EBR ECM for 2010 xb models. Exhaust will be a gblias. Also (not sure if anyone would know this) will a race ECM disable the active exhaust valve? Bike is a 2010 xb12R

    Pretty sure it was in 2003 as this was the first year for the XB series. All replacement XB 12 mufflers will have the active exhaust.

    Even Busa riders feel our pain...

    The buell (xb series) is a great bike which fits my personal needs. If I needed to scream down the highway at 300k, I would have bought a different bike. Prolly a busa. All bikes have their use as does ours.

    Well, they did at least use one of the most advanced bikes on the market. Rather see that than sclicing a harley or a rice bike. Looks like it could be a good show!

    On my 2010 xb12r, my pipes glow red with excessive idleing. Sounds pretty normal.

    Does this ecm disable the exhaust power valve? edit I have gbalias exhaust. Does this behave similar to the drummer, hawk or jardine? I see there is a total different ecm for the jardine.
