DDFI-3 tuning with stock o2 sensor

WB is of no help when adjusting CL, as mixture in CL will be stoich anyway (this is the nature of CL). The goal is to limit EGO corrs to stop AFV from moving without change in altitude and air pressure.

DDFI-3 tuning with stock o2 sensor

Dynamic EGO correction maps in EcmSpy is not just calculating an average, but they are based on data records only, which indicate proper CL operation and are also checked against a bunch of rules to avoid spoiling the results. The latest user's guide can be found here...

    ECMspy/race map

Wrong eeeprom can be recovered by flashing a correct dataset to the ecm. The eeprom contains just data, no firmware. EcmSpy will not permit flashing a wrong (in regards to eeprom size) dataset.

    Buell ECU firmware update.

Firmware update will be implemented in the next version of EcmSpy, but will not be publicly available.

I've searched everywhere for 2009 XB9 Race ecm maps, does anyone know where to get?

I am afraid, but you are completely wrong. Neither has Michael participated in EcmSpy development nor did he ever get a copy of my software that permitted commercial use. Everyone who did and does so, is clearly violating the licence agreement. And, if there was someone who made the first cables...

May I ask who sold you the software?

    Guys with ECMSpy

130% sounds a bit too much, the most logs I watched showed no more than 110-115%. Did you get the same EGO corr. readings with the other IAT? Then the IAT seemingly gets "false heat", but this is not very common for XB, more for X1 with third party air filters. On a cold start IAT and ETS...

Charging prob!! Stator or Voltage Regulator??

I wrote a short how to for UKBEG some time ago, I think it is accessible for non-members too: http://www.ukbeg.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=423 Replacing the plug is done in less than 15 minutes. While you have the sprocket cover removed, also check stator for broken wires or shorts.

    ECMspy, megalog tunning

Whenever possible we try to make use of the flags, as Megatune would do. DDFI doesn't flag cranking, ASE and warmup. Cranking is calculated from rpm, threshold is about 600 rpm IIRC. ASE is ignored, we use warmup instead. Warmup gets off if WUE is below 102.0%, which seems a bit high for me, but...

    ECMspy, megalog tunning

Sorry to interrupt your most interesting and valuable discussion, but it seems to me, some clarification is required. MLV evalutates Gego to calculate map adjustments. Gego is ego correction in "pure" megalog (as written by Megatune), and is either ego correction or AFV (depending wich area is...

    Tuning

Apparently you are talking to the wrong man. I do not know if I have an ADX file providing VE analysis, because I don't keep track on this topic. WinOLS, although a helpfull tool in EEPROM analysis, lacked the feature to import data description from an external source, which turned distributed...
