    SMUURF, the select seat can fetch a nice price. These seats, all of them, start to crack and tear eventually. Keep yours so that when one starts to go you can ride on the other one while you have the one that was messed up reupholstered.

    Water is one of the few exceptions to heat = expansion rule. As water actually expands when it freezes.

    Any trick you use to slip it back in, will help it slip back out. The exception being expansion. Cool the end of the hose you want to put in the fitting, and/or heat the fitting. MILDLY IN BOTH CASES. Heat will expand the fitting slightly, cooling the hose will make it a bit smaller. Once...
