    dumb it down for me

    Another silly question. My Jardine gives off alot of "decel popping". Will the remap or the ecm, or both, get rid of this problem? Should I be concerned about running the Jardine and it's lean problem if I go on a week long road trip?

    Long Trips???

    Thanks Regular Guy, I really appreciate all your help. The Throttlemeiser actually looks really good on the bike. Not sure about the price but I have been on my bike for a couple hlf day trips and wondered about a cruize control. It may be worth it.

    Long Trips???

    Has anyone done any real distance driving with there XB? If so what modifications do you recommend such as extended windscreen and saddlebags. Is it worth it on the XB. I have a XB12SS and have only done maybe 2 hours at a time but wonder if it is comfortable enough for a week long trip?

    XB12Ss windscreen question....

    They are fully exposed bikes, you get the full "wind in your face" experience. I noticed a huge difference when I bought a good bike jacket with full adjustments so it fits snug and does not act as a parachute. Good luck and enjoy.

    Poping sounds with Jardine

    Hello everyone. I have a new Jardine can on my 08' XB12. Love it but I found it to pop and crackle alot, not backfire but just noisy on decelerating. I was told to run the 08' for a while and the ECM will settle things down over time. Is this normal?

    What did you pay for them Phazernut, (shipping,tax incl.)? I too live in Canada and have been looking at these mirrors as well.
