    4k rpm

    SAme thing happens to my 09 at 4k RPM. I have the EBR ECM and it still does it. Sometimes, though, the bike runs perfect with no stutter. Other times it's not so good, even stalling out at idle.

    I rode my friends 2013 Panigale and it wasn't as impressive as I dreamed. Don't get me wrong, it's fast as hell, but it didn't blow my mind like I had hoped. It's uncomfortable also. I would take a 1000cc Jap bike over a Duc.

    Like said above, an EBR ECM or a custom tune would fix your problem.

    octane rating

    Always put the highest pump octane in it, you can find. Or 91+ non-ethanol is great too. that's my opinion.
