    I would just send the ebr ecm back to ebr, tell them what you want, and have them do it. Of course it costs money but its done right. Imo

    UPDATE: I got bike back and put about 100 miles on it. The voltage is showing from 13.6-14.1 volts from 3000rpm to around 6000rpm. Its running normal on temp guage (around 175-190 depending on driving) and feels great. My labor cost was $205 but gave the mechanic $220. I sent back my Rotor Core...

    It happened a few blocks from work, I pushed it on to work, worked all night, had my wife come pick me up after work, borrowed a motorcycle trailer from buddy same day, drove down to worksite to pickup bike, take bike home and park it, order a new belt, took a week to get it in, removed wheel...

    I would say YES. I put mine back on because a rock got into the pulley and belt and broke my belt on my R. Wasn't a big deal but had to buy a belt. I knew it was a rock because rock material embeded in pulley.
