    Sky's the limit in stands. If you don't ride over the winter and you also wrench your own, they are pretty much a necessity and money well spent. I have a pair of Lochhart Phillips that came with the bike. Nice and sturdy.

    Ditto the above... I went thru three different seats before I ended up liking the stock cityx seat. You can always resell what you don't like. If you have the money and there's a shop you want to patronize, I would go the custom local route. Probably have my seat redone sometime this winter.

    Is it an 03? Mine has spacers that hold out the pulley cover and they've never seemed right to me. As a matter of fact, I stacked washers under the end of mine to get it to line up the way that I think it should be. Without them the cover seems to be really torqued...

    That is a nice seat! Might have to put it on my watch list. FYI, the streetfighter seat isn't for everyone. It's high and relatively flat. A lot of guys prefer the look and feel of the low seat.
