    I am working on it. I'm relocation everything from the stock tail so it's taking some time to figure out and make everything. I have a nice roll of carbon fiber just waiting for me to make up my mind. Plus we're having awesome weather so I have been doing more riding than building to be honest...

    Who does everyone use for insurance?

    So we do lots of talking on everything about biking on here but I don't see any threads on who people use for insurance. It's something as common as filling up with gas so why not discuss it on here.... So who do you use and why? Good experiences, bad, recommendations.....

    neomac hit it on the head. I work in aerospace prototyping and work with and weld Ti regularly. So listen to what the man said. Also small scratches and carbon (think pencil lead) in or on titanium, when heated and cooled repeatedly, can cause fractures like you have in your exhaust. Welding it...

    Also I found this engine case (see link below) with a trap door already built into it. This guy is right up the road from where I'll be this weekend so I'm going to try and stop by - see what details I can get out of it. Engine case on eBay
