    Luckily the company that makes them is fairly close to my house so I can show up in a creepy trenchcoat and pick them up with only minimal stares from the passing women and children.

    I have these on my XB9SX and they make a world of difference. I would highly recommend them as they make the bar vibrations smooth as butter on the freeway. Lower rpms you'll feel a shake but once you get moving, works like a charm...

    Don't know the approximate amount but they are definitely shorter springs and the whole kit brings it down a level 1" all around
