    Thanks buellysses. Now I just need to find a way to lean my bike over. Is the kick stand enough lean?? I am doing the primary cover right now and i have it up on a pitbull rear stand and a front stand. Is the "Static Timing Procedure" pretty straight forward and in the service manual?

    Buell XB 90ci pics & video

    This thing is amazing. How much did it cost to complete? Check out that exhaust!! The dry clutch/open primary is pretty sweet as well! Very nice build. Way to take it a few extra steps up on us. Most of us try to be DIY'ers, but none the less this thing is beautiful.

    [up][up] What BRatigan said. This is what I am doing to my Hawk pipe which I have had on for a year and it was rusting pretty bad all over. I am in New York. I am painting it with ceramic based, high heat exhaust paint. Its a rattle can job. They turn out great and its cheap.

    Yes your Check engine light will come on and stay on. I had to get an exhaust emulator because I didn't know how to use ECMspy. You can shut the exhaust servo function off through ECMspy.
