    Converting a R to a CR??

Yes it can. I did it on my 08R. It is completely plug and play other then drilling two holes in the lower triple tree for the head light mounting tabs. Its just two simple holes, nothing crazy. the angle is a little tight. Your best bet is to put the cr top tree on, but do not tighten it all...

Just wrapped my headers - lots of pics and instructions how to do it -

thanks guys, wrapped it all on the bike. there is still a little mess with the titanium, but not nearly as much as fiber, and it does not irritate your skin at all. I still wore a respirator, as its not good to breathe in anything like that. Its also very pliable, and much easier to wrap then...

anyone want to trade the lighting headlight for firebolt setup

I have a brand new xbs headlight with uly/cityx grill if you want. I put it on for about a month last fall when I did a uly front conversion. Went another route and it is just sitting now. Would like to put a firebolt front on my xbss. Am interested in any of your firebolt front parts you...

Just wrapped my headers - lots of pics and instructions how to do it -

looks good Mace. In the future may I suggest unless your set on color, try the titanium wrap. Its so much easier to apply then fiber, and is supposed to hold up better. I have only had it on for about 500 miles now, so I can not speak for its durability yet. They dont suggest you paint it...

how bout some pics of the 1125 beauties out there??

Love that bike twoguns, makes me wish I picked up that flyscreen while I was having the lowers shipped over. Since twoguns inspired me, and answered many questions before I bought the SOC cup fairing kit. It seems appropriate to put my first public pics up here. Hope to get some better ones...

    CNC bar end mirrors.

Hey side, been looking for a way to revamp my bar ends so they won't rotate with my clip on mirrors. Love your method. The slug is just sliced and the end is milled to accept a bolt? Not sure if it was your idea, but thank you!

    Search for NJ Buellers

Ha you are confirmed! I run the site. We were getting spammed a lot, so I set it so I had to confirm each registration. After that I was still getting slammed with 20 or so registrations every week. So I set up the Buell specific questions, and it has eliminated all the spam so far. I know...

    Buell 1125R-CR

tex, I thought so just making sure. Trust me I went through the frustrations of making this work, I understand! I really think getting the lowers right, and adapting the top mounts is your best bet. Just be careful when you are cutting, and bolting parts to the subframe. It does not like to...

    Buell 1125R-CR

Hey Texas, not sure if that first pic is just a mock up. I know you said you had a little set back. But pay close attention to how the seat runs along the frame. That is the best way to get the angle of the tail correct. Unless your going for a lifted look, which in that case your going to...

    Custom Guards

I am going to guess no xtreme. But it probably wouldnt take much more then relocating the mounting holes. Unless the angle of the swingarm all together is different.

    Custom Guards

Hey any plans to make one for a 1125? If not would you make one with the bend reversed and with the mounting holes not drilled? I can do the rest of the work. I just dont have the tools you have. I have been thinking of trying to make one myself, but I dont have the capabilities you have...

    1125 nose on xb?

It can be done, the fairing mount is the same for both bikes, I have both. So the fairing stay will bolt up, but you will need to find a place to mount the ecm, fuse box, ect. There is nothing in the 1125r fairing but the headlights and IC. The other problem is you will need to find a way to...

Xtremelow's War Horse Build Start to End

Nice wrap job xtreme, the bike is going to be killer! I know the color might not be your thing, but next time think about Dei's titanium wrap. The color would look pretty slick next to that green your using. Goes on so much easier then fiber, dry, with no mess. Supposed to hold up much...
