    Looks like condensation mixed with oil. I see it a lot when I remove an oil cap on a car. Do ya park your bike outside? I remember seeing dew on the ground most mornings when I lived in TX. Prolly from that.

What happens is your front tire will lift slightly off the ground even just 1 mm and then regain traction outside of the rear wheels alignment. The force of the front wheel trying to correct itsself back inline with the rear wheel...

    Could be a number of things. Vacuum leak, kink in the throttle cables, throttle cable adjustment, gummed up throttle plate, idle adjustment screw way too far out. Check all those things and report back.

    If it was a wheel weight he would have a vibe at a certain mph, not rpm. Like others have said, check your motor mount.
