    As TwinCycles suggests, I would NOT use a socket to install the bearings. I would use 2 bearing drivers and run a threaded rod with nuts on both or one end. Too many times have I seen a hub get jacked up because the bearing didnt go in straight, or the socket slips and ruins the bearing. Do it...

    The one thing stopping me from doing wheel bearings right now is the fact that I dont have a puller. I did it for years with a punch and hammer. Then used a puller and never want to go back. Rent one from oriellys or something. Huge time and sanity saver

    I ordered a new one along with some exhaust studs. Hope to be here by thursday so I can take the bike on a weekend trip. So theres a nut inside of the frame that the mount bolt threads to? Shit maybe I should see if I can tighten it up? I dont think my mount is actually bad so ill try that...
