    The other thing I notice is that when I come to idle (for instance, coming to a stop) the engine speed dips down to ~750 and then bounces back up to idle. It almost sounds like the bike is going to stall out. It never does, though. I figure some of this will work its way out with a TPS reset...

    www.buellsterparts.com, and check your dealer. A lot of times they aren't too different in price. It looks like you will need the bracket for the front fairing, too

    I will go by my dealer and price out a Uly spring, and compare part numbers for the shock body parts between a Uly and SS. The Uly spring may let me compensate for the lowered height without needing a bracket built like xtremelow

    The fuse is for the wire, not the device, so you can use the following chart http://www.offroaders.com/tech/12-volt-wire-gauge-amps.htm Just look at your length of wire, your gauge, and then run the the most common fuse you can find. It sounds like 10a would be fine for you.
