    Another clutch adjustment question..

^^ I tend to use a lot of German type torque myself - whether by hand or otherwise.

    Another clutch adjustment question..

Not a direct answer, but... Put the bike in first gear, pull the clutch, start the bike. If it wants to go forward on its own then its dragging. If not, slowly release the clutch lever - the clutch should start grabbing about half way to 2/3 released. Good to go.

I only noticed it in the first few frames - see my post above yours. Same went for the lightning decal on the shield and the front brake rotor.

Did you count the number of upshifts? What about the number of different engines running? :D Oh - and the Lightning is mirror imaged in the first few frames.

Shouldnt have messed with it !!

Take some screen shots of your fuel and timing maps, along with the "home screen" with ECMspy connected to the bike, just to check if we can see anything out of the ordinary.

    Stupid Question

It'll inexplicably show up at your door step one day. [up] ...after you've sold your Buell :p

    Stupid Question

It will allow you to touch the header sooner as opposed to uncoated, I believe, however as lowkey stated - I wouldn't touch it.

    Stupid Question

The temp rating is only for the paint/coating before it fails, not for how well it will "insulate" the header. I would think a combination of ceramic coat plus the shield will do you well though. Much better than a stock non-coated header.

Looking for XB12R in good shape - ready to buy

Keep the weight off your wrists and you can easily make the 140 miles home without stopping. I doubt you'll have any issues. [up]

    Did it again..system voltage error

[up] - are all the connections tight for the battery and the associated cables? I'm sure you double checked, but I thought I'd ask.
