    this is a great looking project. you started with a firebolt by the looks? so was the wiring hard to re route. was it a lot of cutting and joining or just fiddly moving?

    after all this i went and sorted some high tensile bolts and while i was at it, sorted some 3mm spacers for the front and rear sprockets. should be all sorted now. chain clears tyre and bolts are tough.

    sorted mine this week. got some high tensile bolts and made some 3mm spacers for both front and rear sprockets. now have clearance to tyre and strength in the bolts. still though.... an awesome look!

    what i notice though too is that all those pics are of the early swing arm. this is a more narrow swing arm with i believe more clearance in the inner wheel location. not sure if that makes a difference. can i ask too... are you all running the thinner 03 belt or the later 04 onwards belt?

    mate... same thing has already happened to me. noticed that two had worked loose and one enough to start on the swingarm, but caught it in time, and gave them all a tighten. will be shortly using a bit of locktite too. and i might check it all a bit more after reading this....
