    Thanks for all the ideas! I like the rear pulley idea but I don't think it's possible without machine shop tools. I like the Rizzoma guards and they would be really simple to do. I would personally prefer to make them out of stainless though but could do either or. I will get some prototype's...

    Alright so I have access to a lazer, water jet, shear, fully computerized press break, a whole fab shop and the skills to go with it.
