    1125R forks on a XB, what GPR stabilizer kit?

    http://badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/32777/688887.html?1348453706 This is the most I found. Does anyone know who Deanh8 on badweb is? He has or had a XB with 1125 forks and triples with a GPR stabilizer. Sent him a PM but it looks like he hasn't been their for a couple months.

    You can adjust it to the factory cold 1/2 to 3/8 setting or a more accurate setting is 3/8 hot. Do you have a service manual? That's were I found it. When the engine gets hot things get tighter.

    You should follow all the above advice. If the chain is to tight it could start wearing out bearings. 2 gaskets and a quart of oil is a cheap fix considering possible future issues. The tensioner nut is a 7/8". You should adjust it at full operating temp for best results.

    They're awesom. I just talked to them today about an RC51 I'm helping a friend put back together. Same thing. They were willing to send a steering stem nut for the price of shipping. I definitely want to give them my money over anyone else.

    I knew about the triples. Could never find the info about the length. Didn't want to mess up the geometry. Any benefit to the setup over the bolt forks? I like the looks of the thicker tubes and triple options available. Thanks.

    The plugs drain your pockets faster @ $30 a pair... They do the same as any other. I think the bike has some more pop at WOT but who really knows.
