    Guys, I could totally go pay him a visit.... But I am really considering just accepting the loss and enjoying the bike. He is a bad person and the situation sucks, but I think I might just want to start wrenching and improving the bike... I'll keep everyone posted. Thanks to all for your advice...

    I don't want a track bike, it would be a street bike. I like to tear down, make them as perfect as I can, sell and get another. After this xb9, I planned to get a 12 lightning.

    He said verbally it had a good title, on the bill of sale, it says that title is free of Leins and the bill of sale does say as is. I guess I just ate $1000 huh? I hope that the seller feels regret for concealing something he should have been upfront about.
