    Bad shift fork and crank as well. But the manual says 120 is the normal compression so 105 without them seated seems to be about right

    Compression is 105 with new rings, 120 is normal, so that looks fine. Tried a different epprom and that did nothing. So I'm really at a loss...

    tested them all at with ecmspy. cept pressure. but i hear the pump prime and the injectors pulsing. it wont fire on started fluid but thats when the battery died.

    The motor assembled next to the bike. The cam cover installed and ready The bike with motor and rear fairing installed and wiring for the wideband taped and marked for sodering The other side without the pulley cover, lower fairing or exhaust installed.

    I noticed on my rebuild that there are different lengths to the pushrods. one has a red marking and one has a white. which one goes on what valve.... exhaust/intake...?????

    Found it, it goes in between the clutch shell and the bearing that is in the case. In the diagram its called Thrust Washer, outer. Problem solved, and crisis averted. Was hoping I wouldn't have to re-split my cases as im trying to get the engine in the bike tonight!!!!

    that side is to big as far as the shaft is concerned.
