    the 02 sensor will adjust the afv back to whatever it decides based off the readings it gets so that really won't do anything long term. Also check the primary adjustment, if it's not set correctly then it can cause surging/lunging

    If you do a breather reroute it will help some, other than that tuning will fix it or keep the rpms above 2500

    The single clamp was designed with that intake to support it. If it's falling off, something isn't on right. The factory 2 clamps were not meant to hold any weight. The factory setup had an airbox that supported most/all the weight

    Whenever I get my bike switched from ddfi2 to ddfi3 I will hook up to it and download it. Not sure when I will get around to it so hopefully someone else can help you out before then

    Sorry. Fixed my post. My phone doesn't like the word afv. Anyways. You can tune it with ecmspy, megalog and using your cable. You can find the tuning guide on here

    Even with a race ecm and exhaust it's still not a perfect tune. If you tune the bike even more it will run better, won't fix the dip in power at 2500 or so but would be better. Most likely your afv is at 110-120 if you tune it you could get it much closer to 100

    stock has an outlet on the left side race has it on both sides. a hawk exhaust has an exit on both sides but it would be shorter than both the stock and race

    As far as I know, a blank ecm doesn't have the eeprom info. It's does have basic connection to load a eeprom because these ecms can be used on a variety of bikes. Just like the ecms for 1125rs and 08-10xbs are the same. I could be wrong but I am almost certain this is the case.

    getting stuck in 5th

    You have to completly disassemble the engine to get to the transmission. I would just suggest not using 5th gear. Lol
