    No LED for timing?

There is no LED on the XB cam sensors. You must be using a Blast or Sportster manual. Use the proper manual for your bike and it will outline the timing procedure correctly. You also need to remove the timing plug in the case between the cylinders and look for the TDC groove in the flywheel...

Your current supercharger drive axle will not fit a new 08-10 style crankshaft. The primary side splines and threads are different.

    Crank/fywheel replaced..bike runs bad

Unless someone marked your 2008+ flyswheel for top dead center, you will not be able to set the timing without a degree wheel mounted to the primary side of the crank and a piston stop mounted in the front spark plug hole. You will need to use those two things to determine where TDC for the...

You will also need a new front primary sprocket and bolt/washer to hold it on. The new style sprocket may give you a better surface and mounting holes to bolt on a supercharger drive unit. As far as the primary cover, you will have to modify that anyways to hold the support bearing and shaft, so...

Yup, that's it. My guess would be in the neighborhood of ~170 hp before the lifespan is significantly reduced.

I have a lower triple clamp that is for the Scg forks. It is not modified and has the steering stops you need. It is black. You want it?

Install a 2008-2010 XB crank. They drop right in but you will need to machine a TDC mark in the right flywheel half so you can set static timing. The crank pin is larger and the rods are stronger.

    Crank/fywheel replaced..bike runs bad

Unless they machined a timing mark in the new style crank, there is no good way for them to correctly set static timing. It may be a ignition timing issue. You should pull the timing plug between the cylinders and rotate the motor over to check for a timing mark.

    NB o2 Sensor

The d&d pipe isn't the best for performance. Tuning the ignition maps may give you power gains but you definitely need to do that on the dyno. Your full throttle ignition timing should be adjusted so you have the best torque curve. I would recommend you start by retarding the stock ignition...

    NB o2 Sensor

Paul, even 14.7 is richer than necessary for part throttle cruise. The EPA doesn't say anything about air-fuel ratio. 13.1 is crazy rich for any running condition these motors experience. They even make max power at 13.3:1-13.5:1. You will gain NOTHING by running 13.1 other than reducing your...

The rear cylinder tie bar mount is a good spot to consider! I would also think of a stand off bracket that bolts to two of the front or rear rocker box cover bolts. You will want to, at least, triangulate the supercharger support system from the top of the motor. Instead of dealing with all of...

You may want to do some thinking about mounting the engine rigid to the chassis. The stock chassis mounting points may not put up with the additional stress from the undamped vibration of the motor. I would look into building structural bracing from the motor to support the supercharger assembly...

And, use dual widebands to tune the fuel maps, then install the stock narrowband and be done with it!

Glad to see some pics of your project! Some questions: 1. Will you mount the motor rigid to the chassis? If not, what design do you have to support the weight and loads of the supercharger up top? The charger needs to vibrate with the motor to maintain belt alignment and tension. 2. Are you...

    Buell xb gauge cluster speedo

The gear ratios do not matter. The speedo sensor reads the main output gear, which turns the same as the pulley (they are directly connected).

The speedo will plug in and work. The speed will be off if the speedo year doesnt match the transmission in the bike (and stock final drive ratio)

Yup. I have encountered the issue several times. The 2006+ transmission has a different tooth count where the speedo sensor reads so the speedometer is calibrated for the different tooth count.
