    I have to say with the amount of torque the 12's have, the front ends feel a lot more planted than any other bike I've ridden.     0-60 times depend a lot on bike setup too. If it was setup for drag you would get probably a few tenths of a second better but you wouldn't ride it on the street setup like that. Also tires and tire pressure can make a big difference. I don't really see a way you could get any useful info on...

    It's an interesting idea but I think the looks are kinda corny and cheesy. Kind of reminiscent of a Honda Civic with giant hood scoops.

    Headlight problem

    Check the connections behind the windscreen. I don't have the mod but mine is always going out from a bad connection there. Is the high beam light one all the time?

    What Type of Oil

    Stopie- Did you check the oil levels when you filled it? The primary and engine oils are separate. The primary should be up to the bottom of the clutch diaphragm spring and the swing arm should be in the middle range when warm. Did you maybe fill up the filter and put 2.5 in the arm?

    I have an 04 XB12S so they don't list black forks for my model/year. Will any of them fit? Also I got a price from a local powdercoater of just $80 to do them.

    Xtremelow - That site you listed for the fender elim also had a airbox eliminator that still retains the active exhaust on the 12's. Have you ordered anything from them before or talked to them? I've been looking for a way to do that.
