    Couple issues, need advice

    Took my bolt out for a ride and noticed when twisting the throttle wide open it gets a little doggy and when I back off just a touch it seems normal (wide open). Any ideas what can cause this? Also when I got home and put it in neutral the neutral light didn't come on. Had to shut off the key...
