    just body fill it the best way to fix it is to have that section cut out and have another welded in. this should be done carefully because over heating the frame will temper/ distemper it causing it to crack under normal load

    WOW -be careful... slappers suck Sounds like the rear tire is not alighned. I wouldn't adjust the front until the rear is sorted. It wont take much to turn that wobble into a slapper that results in a getoff

    The inside of the spar is where the support comes from -so structurally you should be ok. Does it look like there were frame pucks on there? a simple parking lot (carpark) drop can cause a similar dent with frame pucks. What is the sellers story? Does it match the bike -if not pass. The dent...

    My local jap shop is busier than ever. My little shop is an amazing little business. Buying bikes, fixing them and selling solid/ safe bikes at a great price. My Dad does the american and british bikes -the market is amazing and no one seems to hesitate to purchase.

    just bought the stock pulleys (egay) and a belt to unconvert from chain. Also bought a new chin fairing, frame pucks, brake pedal, belt guards, windscreen, K&N air filter, K&N oil filter, and ECM USB plug... working on new grips, pass pegs, spark plugs, bar ends. ... Then the frame and wheels...

    Yeah -I can get the pulleys cheap but the belts are expensive -$170, I would buy a spare... how often do folks go through belts? My rear sprock is a 70 tooth! 3.04 ratio.     My 06 XB12R came converted to chain. Any feelings/ opinions about this? I was thinking of converting back to pulley/ belt. What are the stock front and rear numbers of teeth for the pulleys? Where do folks get their belts?
