    you state that the TPS voltage is at 1.4. It needs to be ay 5 and then adjusted from there, turn the adjustment screw, get the voltage to 5 and go from there. From what Ive read so far I think its a bad flash of the ecm.

    I think I can add a bit here as I own a Powder Shop. powder coat: -scratches easier (gloss finish);polishable though --Mirror finishes will show light scratches if the wrong materials used to clean, easily buffs out. -harder to repair than paint --- shouldn't have to repair if done correctly...

    All year round here 10w40 works just fine in cold temps. Coldest ride was minus 6. Got some interesting looks that day, Also Gerbings heated gear is the best shit out there I was actually too hot at the end of that ride.

    The slot we speak of is actually the upper hole of the idler bracket. It needs to be elongated in a half moon shape so you can keep tension on the chain.
