    Closest color I am able to come up with is pictured above. In the mean time get some clear nail polish and lightly smooth it around the chip as this will keep contaminants from lifting it any more than it is already.

    All bearings and seals need to be removed. They dont like the heat too much and the resulting smoke and leakage will ruin the finish

    I own a powdercoating business and havent had any issues with the internal coating. When you have it done make sure all possible openings are covered for the blasting and have them cure 10 degrees lower than normal and add 15 to 20 minutes to the cure.

    Yup diesel pulley, I havent noticed any noise at all once the chain rubs it's grooves in. Prior to that it was very minimal a slight whirring (if thats a word).

    Remove the feelers from the pegs and that will help some. While at the Dragon I ground down both the shifter and brake pedal. You can achieve sick lean angles on these thing when you want to.

    S.O.S. Need New ECM!!!???

    There are two switches, one for kickstand and clutch. Unplug clutch one and ground out the kickstand one and see what happens. Just my .02
