    HID in our blast

    Delta, we got a good amount of movement, but now that I think back the filament is a stacked one I believe and that is probably why it worked so poorly for our set up. Also the head lights in a dodge shadow suck. [up] to DDM's hid kits tho! had a set in my car now for 3 years and still going strong

    armorall definitely makes it slippery. I did it once when cleaning my bike, and never again for me. I got on it on the first ride out and nearly slid right off the back of the bike. Armorall is great for the slippery your looking for [up]

    note on the hi/lo function of DDM hid's. I have installed a set in a friends car, 93 dodge shadow, when switching from low to high the difference is very minimal. IMHO not worth the extra money as it basically does nothing. Maybe someone else has experience with the hi/lo and has had better...

    20" of snow over the weekend. I cant even get into my back garage to look at my buell. 5th largest snowfall on record! Gotta love having a jeep with a 6.5" lift and 35's :D

    I did one of the voodoo DIY pipe before I got my D&D. real simple, chambered like Dave said. Basically just fully gut and chamber and change the exit hole size.

    I remember seeing this a while back on buelletinboard, and if I remember right the price tag was somewhere near 2k. another person searched on there and found this so bottom line on that is, the open primary will run about as much as some of us paid for the whole bike.

    I sold my first bike before college, got there and missed it a ton. Went out and got a buell that same fall I started school. Although it stays at home, i tend to make it home at least once a month to ride it :D till the snow flies [mad]

    problem steering?

    Tires! like mentioned above. After one summer on my bike I noticed a problem similar to yours, also my tires were shot. Some new rubber and the bike was totally different!

    I started on buelletinboard. it was great, over time I expanded and came here. This is now my primary stop as I like it the best. Buelletinboard has a great search function that works well and as octo said there are some really great resources over there.
