    If you had been riding mostly hotter days and then went on your night run, that may be a factor also. Because of the time of year I would assume it was a nice cool evening and the change in air density will make a substantial difference.

    WTB xb low fuel light sensor

    In the tank on the pump assembly where it is routed up an aluminum channel/slot. Mine had the pump running constant and the damaged area was so small it looked like a silver speck on the wire.

    Had the pump out to fix the "pump always running problem" and the rest of the harness is ok. I have no fuel light at all and the circuit has continuity right up to the sensor. Quick test with an ohmmeter shows open through the sensor. Matt

    WTT KTM 450 exc towards Lightning

    Here is a picture of my KTM. It has led turn signals, a Trail Tech headlight and a Trail Tech hi watt stator. New fork seals, good tires, runs perfect, electric start works fine, no issues.

    Thanks Guys, I sold my Lightning after I bought an Aprilia Tuono. I sold the Ape and now I miss the Buell, and I haven't been in the dirt all year with the KTM, so... Even though I have a couple vintage Bonnevilles to ride, the fun factor of the XB stuck with me.
