    If the roads are ridable, try Gerbings heated gear. I've rode in temps down to 12f. Pinlock visors do not fog up so you can keep it closed.

    smaller mirrors?

    I have CRG folding bar ends on my X1, they give a better field of view than the stock mirrors. Speed Metal offers the same type for half the price.

    New forum section for Buell X1, M2 and S3 riders

    I have a 99 X1 it is my monster! I Love this bike! In Richmond VA Richmond Superbike is a good place to take your bike, they do better work then the local Buell/HD dealer. Any of you guys going to VIR for the AMA superbike races in August?

    2007 XBCity no mods.Richmond Superbike did the tune, I am picking up my X1 from them tomorrow (tig welding on the can) I'll ask which program they use.

    What tires do you have?

    WALLSXB, After the halos were off the angels are great! Don't push them too hard until the halos are gone about 100 or so miles. We have them on our three Buells, 1999 X1, 2007 & 2009 XB9CityX.

    I love my bike.

    I loved both of my Buells a 1999 X1 and a 2007 XB9CityX. Even on cold winter days I'll go out to the shed with my bikes and dream of the next ride!

    What tires do you have?

    I have over 7000(07XBCity) miles on my Angel ST rear tire.The treads still look good in the center.

    My X1 has a stock can that the previous owner took apart and reworked.I have a break in the weld around the intake pipe into the muffler. I think I will have it tig welded because I like the sound of it. Has any one else done this?
