    Handle bars: how did you mange the throttle cables?

    Try loosening your switch housing. On some XB bikes I have seen, if you tighten the right switch housing too tight, it will bind the throttle tube. I have mine tightened to the point where if I let go of the throttle, it will stay open on a smooth road. If I hit a bump in the road it will close...
