    1125R oil system check

Only thing you can really test is oil pressure. Part number for tester is HD-96925-52B Its not a bad idea to drop the pump screen either but you will need a new gasket and o-ring. Both of my 1125's have a rattle similar to what you are describing. The previous owner of one even bought a new...

    Thinking about an 1125R

Nice bike! If you end up needing a clutch pack Oberon makes one its a tad more expensive but supposed to be a good aftermarket unit. Hopefully EBR is just down sorting inventory if parts do come back up I plan on getting at least another o-ring pack...

    I Need head!

head is aluminum you'd need a spool gun or tig. It could be done but you'd need to remove the ECM etc so those don't get fried. I wouldnt worry about the bearings etc. It would definitely be easier to take it off or you'll run the risk of drilling and tapping it crooked again. Plug the aluminum...

New to me '08. Lots of codes and no power. Possible Fuel Pump. Please help.

Mine did something like this a couple years ago. Fouled both plugs badly to the point I couldn't get it to idle. To fix my problem I pulled the throttle bodies, cleaned everything thoroughly put NEW plugs in (i tried cleaning but acted up still) As soon as brand new plugs were In I had to...

    Thinking about an 1125R

08 had a different charging system which wasn't known to have issues. The only dealer TSB's that addressed it to my knowledge just replaced o-rings etc which fail eventually too. Some places say the 08 clutch doesn't weep either but mine did. The replacement is readily available $109 from...

    Thinking about an 1125R

What year? Main things to ask. If it's 09+ does it have the oil cooling stator. Has it had a aftermarket hydraulic clutch fitted yet? All years eventually start weeping fluid you'll notice discoloration or a wet spot on the right side clutch cover. Other than that they are awesome bikes I have...

    Qestion about clutch puck

Ah that's very possible. The EBR clutch is very nice and reasonable price. I like it better than the Oberon model. I put the EBR one in both my 1125s

    Qestion about clutch puck

There is a tool but it can be done with a open end wrench and a Allen wrench.

    Qestion about clutch puck

That's just a cover for the inner hydraulic clutch system. Pop it off an make sure the ball socket nut hasn't worked it way loose somehow. I cant honestly say I've ever watched it while pulling the clutch on my bikes but it shouldn't contact the cover.

Buellybagger"s Craigslist Deals Of the DAY!!!!!

Price isn't bad on the 1125R, but i believe its a 2008 not that its a huge deal. I think all the frames were black 09+ instead of blue diamond.

    Looking for crank tool?

I have the locking tool if you're just wanting to borrow one. Located in magnolia tx. I just ask for a deposit till I get it back and cover shipping. He will need it to get to the sprag on a 1125 its with the rotor. Id suggest getting a new side cover gasket while you're a it, not a huge job...

New to Buell I got on trade a 1996 S1 Lightning Questions need guidence thnx

The wheels are most likely aftermarket "PM" wheels made for the tube buells. All of the tube buells are getting hard to find. I keep an eye on craigslist looking for one I have seen them range from 1000-5000+- just depends on mileage and condition. But in all honesty I AM looking for a S-1 if...
