    just take off the power commander have heard of x1's acting up because of it. Since you have went through most of the bike now im betting its your problem.

    good luck finding one. I have been looking for about a year. They pop up from time to time but usually go for 100+ dollars. I don't think its worth it for a hunk of plastic. :)

    you will need rocker box gaskets, 2 intake gaskets, head gasket, base gasket and 2 exhaust gaskets. I just went to my local HD/Buell dealer and they had all of that in stock. Also you will need a ring compressor to put the cylinder back on. Just to warn you the base gasket is a pain in the butt...

    you can do it, you have to take off the gas tank to get it out. Once your gas tank is out you can take off the intake manifold, for the one side your going to need a 1/4" ball end hex key. Also while your in there you should replace the front iso, and you will need to put in new front motor...

    before you start messing with the fuel mapping i would put in new intake manifold gaskets. My bike was doing the exact same thing yours is doing. It would be fine cold then act up once it got warm.

    i doubt its the tps, sounds just like what my bike was doing last summer. Put in new intake gaskets man, i doubt they have been done for a while. feel free to PM me as there are not alot of people on this board that have tubers! :D

    you need to ride a tuber if you think an xb has bad vibes.:D My xb12r feels butter smooth compared to my x1.

    pretty good deal on the forcewinder, i was going to say to make sure that you get a forcewinder or an hbbi for you x1 with the race map or you will be running rich. I had a K&N air filter in mine and still was way rich but is perfect now with my hbbi.
