    Right when it happened it sounded like a sparkplug blew out of the head. Ran like crap and glad it happened a few miles from home and not when i was over in Wisconsin. And now that i look at it I think the weld around the 02 bung had a weak spot. Looks like it started there and worked its way...

    yeah most of the snow is gone but still find it. Got up to 55 today. Rode 180 miles today. :D

    I would just buy a new header but KOOKS doesn't make them anymore and nobody will sell them that have them. They make more HP then the buell pro series exhausts. But anyway glad you guys like my bike its a 2000 x1 Millennium #167/800. ] YEAH WE STILL HAVE SNOW :( [mad]

    do you have alot of idle time on that set? do u know what plugs u put in? If it was me i would prob put in a new set of plugs, o2 sensor and a tps reset.

    ok dumb ? but when did you do plugs last? Our buells like to have to plugs! seemed my Buell x1 did this when i had crap HD plugs.

    great idea! my bike has a miss every once in a while when im driving at about 65. Just acts like it misses. Gonna give this a shot [up]
