    I am an adjit...

I got the ones you can get from CycleGear. I can get them to stop spinning as you say but after riding for a little while or hitting a bump, they become loose. I have seen the youtube videos and it seems some people can just screw in the mirrors. I just didn't know if that was an adapter. I have...

    I am an adjit...

So I put in some bar ends and could not get them to stay in the dang bars. I tried that expanding metal mechanism that comes with the set and tried other options to make the mirrors stay but after riding for 15 mins or so, they would get loose. Anyone try a grip+bar end adapter combo?

good seat for a long ride?

I am going to take a few long rides during the summer on my xb12r and was wondering if anyone has any experience with a seat other than the stock one? Sumo guys, any input?

I have been looking at the DRZ also and it seems you can get a decent one for around 3k-4k. The upgrades for a DRZ don't seem to be expensive and easy to install. There seem to be 3 mods that will open the bike up and thats a 3x3 air box mod, full exhaust, and re-jet carb/ upgrade carb. Sure it...

    Black Firebolt

I think the awesome blue plastics you have plus a blank frame and black/blue rims would be a good combo.

Where do you draw the line?

If it's going to rain its butt off or snow then that is where I draw the line when it comes to weather. With the right kind and amount of gear, I will ride in 35+ degree weather.
