    XB9R guages fail, 1/2 power engine, engine dies, battery dies, won't restart. NEED HELP!

    Sometimes it gets the job done quicker. Labor, you know... Do the external stuff first, Battery, regulator, then stator and rotor on the inside. Other than wire and connectors, that is the entire system.

    No more than any seat. Like Agate, I gained seat height, an inch or so. I was tippy toe before the change. Loren narrowed the front and it's really no different now. Except my ass feels much better.

    So far, all we have is the shop's word that the plug was cross threaded when first removed. As was said very early in this thread, how about a picture of the extracted plug?

    Without a picture, I'm guessing. Oil filter, it's the last thing that was touched. Start the bike and look.
