    Yea, that's what the guy says in the video. Too hard, and the back tire will come up. He also used just the rear brake, barely even slowed the bike. Then he used both front and back, and it stopped no better than using just the front brake.

    Yes. It got to a point where I would flip the switch and it would instantly blow. I found the frayed wire under my seat, 2009 XB12Ss. The wiring on the Uly is different, trace the wires in the known problematic areas like Lunatic outlined. I narrowed mine down by getting a bunch of fuses and...

    I was intermittently blowing my 15 amp ignition fuse too. Sometimes it would blow instantly, other times I could ride it 20 miles and be fine. Turned out to be a frayed gray wire in my wiring harness, under my seat, shorting with another frayed black wire when the vibrations made them contact...

    Yea for the amount of stopping power the rear brake is gonna offer you, the stocker is more than up to the task.

    Rear brake not important, only 10% of stopping power. Stock is acceptable.

    @Paladinew: My shifter pivot bolt unraveled on me twice, red Loctite is needed. Before you reinstall the bolt, take some red Loctite, dab it on a fine pointed brush, and coat the inside threads where the pivot bolt resides.

    Start with the basics. TPS reset, check/clean all your grounds, inspect your wiring, inspect your ecu, test your battery and draw, check your spark plugs, test for intake leak, inspect/clean your TB....
