    If you dont want to buy a seal mate, you can make one from a water bottle. Works just as well.

    The best riding tip I can give you is to keep the motorcycle on the tires. It doesn't work as well when its on either of its sides or back.

    Yea, that's my preferred method. Just short the 1 and 2 pins on the diagnostic port with a metal clip or something and the bike will flash out what the problem is. I wish women were this easy to read.....

    There's no doubt what Barret is telling you will be right but..... You should probably look into getting a code dongle reader that will spell out exactly what the yellow light is trying to tell you.

    Be super careful with the reverse drill bit. If it snaps off, you will have a hardened piece of steel trapped in the stud and a machinist will be your only hope at that point.....

    Get the nut off the other stud safely before you start anything. Often when one snaps, the other will snap too when taking the nut off. If both studs snap, you cannot use the Jim's exhaust stud drill plate and will have to take your engine head off and bring it to a machinist. You would need...

    Im sorry dude. Buells are great bikes. The majority of the problems I see on the forum are inflicted by the owners or someone that doesn't know what they are doing. Feeling safe and having trust in the motorcycle is extremely important. Do what you need to do to get that back.

    Sheesh 100ft-lbs??? This is why I do all my own services on my Buell and use strictly Buell guys if I need help. Get on the Facebook BuellXB forum and try to find a real Buell guy in your area. I fear the damage that has been done to your bike can be quite profound.
