    Any reason going from first to second is so hard?

    Properly adjusted clutch (including cable lubing) cures "finding neutral" problem and proper chain tension in the primary makes shifts easy. No banging needed ever on my 04. After 5k miles my 09 is even smother though it's not even close to being as slick as my 1098.......now there is the tranny...

    Should I buy Used??

    gdm NYC Mike did mine several years ago. New valves/springs, serviced was about $500. It was set up for my weight. The best part is that Mike hangs out at Loudon and was always ready to help me get things set up right. Going into a conner, braking hard and late, front end rock solid.......priceless!

    Send your legs to Mike at GMD NYC or Peter at GMD Boston they will be able to sort things and get them right. You will end up with a set up just for you! Way better than stock.......

    I used the Baja kit. Reworked the stator, this has to be done to keep the battery charged with the lights on all the time. Also installed a Trail Tec Vapor. These mods are easy to do.

    any body try these batteries?

    I have a Shorai in my WR450F, cranks forever! I will get one for my XB when I need a new battery. Got mine from Shorai give them a call, they answered all questions, quick to respond and fast shipping.
