    Snyder, are you using the Radians kit? If you're having resonance issues, try trimming off a little bit off the end of the material that fits inside your ear canal, shortening it just a little bit at a time until the resonance goes away. I initially experienced the same thing with my set.

    Unless they snapped the adjuster fitting off the end of the cable, they probably could have simply pulled the airbox assembly off to access where the cable threads into the bracket on the throttle body and let it soak with some penetrating oil for an hour or so and I bet it would have worked...
