    Dash isn't working, and neither are the turn signals.

    Find the short and fix it. Mine was my right rear blinker. Wires rubbed together so everytime I went to turn right the fuse blew.

    No. The short is causing the 7.5amp (not 15that like I said before sorry) fuse to blow. The fuse blowing is causing the gushes and everything else not to work. Sorry im a smart ass.

    Chances are your break light works but your tail light doesn't. There's a 15amp fuse labeled "acc." Check that. Then find your short.
