    the top window in the primary cover is for chain inspection instructions here: http://www.buellxb.com/Buell-XB-Forum/Buell-Firebolt-XB12-XB9/Adjusting-Primary-Chain and in manual under section 1.1 I believe. Also in regards to fluid I here that a bit too much fluid makes for real hard shifting.
