    I will have to say that I am an advoacte for gear. Gloves, jacket, boots and helmet minimum for me. I have a pair of Kevlar jeans now because I just can't do full pants with pucks and what not, but to tell you the truth... I am not sure I would have wore a helmet in the beginning when I started...

    Nice looking and sounding Buell! So, I have seen hyper chargers on Harleys, but embarrassed to say, I don't know what they do. When I first saw the link, I automatically thought super-charger.

    I haven't seen any of the bikes yet, but I will comment on the one I see. All in all, not bad. Too much chrome and I would have gone with a more elegant wheel set up. Those tri-star rims are what every sportbike manufacturer used for about 7 years straight! Played!!

    Friend of mine has a Millenium. CHang ethe oil regularly and an electric fan for the rear cylinder is not a bad idea. Not sure if there are scoops available to fix this, but his rear cylinder overheated and wore out pretty bad. Mechanic said insufficient cooling. Just what I remember, don't kill...

    Biketoberfest (Daytona)

    We made it down from Raleigh there. I saw a few Buells, but am no longer on one. Did not see on other Aprilia (current bike). To me, it was a been there, done that event. Not sure I would go back, but twas fun.
