    Primary Cover Repair

    It's cast. I'm not saying it can't be done. But it's a pain in the ass to weld. Aluminum is extremely touchy. Any oil or grease will cause it to mess up. If he does weld it successfully. I would definitely put some three-bond on the inside. Just to be safe. BuellSki

    Get a steering damper. I've got an 03 xb9 and it wobbles above 90 also. But I rarely take it above 80. When I do and when I get the wobbles. I say fuck it! And just power through it. It clears up at about 120.
